Morris Inn on The University of Notre Dame campus had an original schedule of 6 months – Leidal & Hart reduced it to 4 months plus scaffolded the entire project to work during winter months.

Great innovation and savings resulted in the collaboration of Leidal & Hart and the team during the Detroit Public Schools Gompers PreK-8 construction. To save time and money, masonry lintels were prefabricated off-site, shortening installation time from a half-day to 15 minutes per lintel during erection.
